Thanks for putting up this article. I'm unquestionably frustrated with struggling to search out relevant and rational commentary on this issue. Everybody today goes to the very far extremes to either drive home their viewpoint that either: everyone else in the planet is wrong, or two that everyone but them does not really understand the situation. Many thanks for your concise, applicable insight.

Wierd, sent me to a different site news story (comparison chart) while still having the comments for the photo story. Ignore comment about price, it's not for the pictures, but for the comparison chat one.

First off, AdelosL, Actually, the Droid DOES has GPS and aGPS (Triangulation). Check phonearena.com if you don't believe me.

As for the photos. Each had some that are better then others, The yellowness can be fixed in some of the Droid ones by what white balance is used, based on the lighting in the place where the photos were taken. as well as using the macro option for the flowers would result in an equally good photo.

Both cameras seem to fail at getting a good picture of the burger.

Over all both phones take decent photos. but +1 to the Droid for a Flash.

This is not at all true... I have a DROID with an exchange account, and can confirm that the data is $29.99. From what I understand, the additional $15 only applies to Blackberry devices.

I think the droid also uses triangulation rather than true GPS. If you have no signal, turn-by-turn will not work correctly. Can anyone confirm this?
